A delightful day with many laudable events except for the run that was cerebral. I have always thought that all stadium tracks in Singapore are of a ‘nation’ class level until the horrendous bumps in Woodlands stadium met my legs today. It was a firebrand to my run because i had to fix my eyes to the ground instead of looking at what was ahead of me. That being that, it was over after a 10 rounds 
Well, the swimming complex was only slightly better but still insignificant in comparison to the others. With a tent over the competition pool, that might explains for the nature of skin colour in Woodlands. From hindsight, i would never choose to have my usual work out in the vicinity of my ministry.
From the above mentioned activities, my beloved toe is unbridled from those stitches and i am free to run, swim and attempt soccer! On a side note, i think i will support Liverpool.
In any case, what were laudable are the fantastic prayer meet ran by my care group, shepherding with both Isabel and Meow Wei separately and not forgetting the quick recuperation of my precious toe.
When was the last time did God ask you to do the unthinkable?

I love my new heart! So glad that the old heart is taken away within minutes and here comes the new one that is beating alive and fresh in my body and soul!

Anyhow! I just want to shout it out loud that i really respect the people in my NC3.Though outwardly we might look like any other people, but they individuals who loves God by putting him as priority and stand up for this family. Honestly, this is one care group that have changed my entire perspective.

As i aged, i guess time is something that seems to be of a greater value than i was younger than. In the past, time was equivalent to what shows i would and would not be catching. But that might not be exactly true for me now, time means relationship, money and authority.
Hence, sometime i do wonder to myself why am i still doing what i’m doing though what i am doing might not exactly have long term tangible results. Yet, when i see the photo above, they are my reason for doing all these.
It’s all about people and a God. But far more than that, a God that is all out for people.
I love this family of God. As mentioned before, i love north c simply because the people are completely not flawless. But so flawed, that at times i really feel like just walking away at that moment of anger. However, begin so flawed, we have a heart that God can reach and we turn away from sin. The best deal, we are transforming to become the person God has made us to be.

Anyhow! I seriously think that I’m in love with the following food!
First up, GREEN apples.
Second, GREEN grapes.
Thirdly, NOT GREEN VEGS.
Seriously, i think something is wrong with me! I’m beginning to love GREEN colour fruits for no apparent reasons. Still, those anti oxidant shall make me healthy! (If it’s even true)
At the moment, i crave for ROYCE chocolate. It feels like ‘whee whee’ when it the chocolate powder is in contact with your fleshy tongue and it slowly melts and sink down your throat. Oh mine, that kick!
HOWEVER- AT THE SAME TIME. I’M FEELING SUPER UNHEALTHY.

YEAH! David did groceries shopping with imma today! We headed for the giant at parkway after our work and we started our shopping spree! Mind you, this is the first time out of donkey and cow years since i last bought many plastic bags of food home instead of clothes or shoes! It all begun with apples and look at what happened after that! But all in all, i must say that the choice of food is certainly one that will keep my health in pink only with the summation of constant work out! I’m just happy that i’m buying food and able to enjoy the luxury of vitamins sinking down my gullet! The best part, i did this with Imma! What a fantastic friend i’ve made over the few days!
Alright, i think my elateness has reached it’s peak that it has gone downhill on madness.
Guess what? I ate 2 green apples just now! So i concluded it could be either i’m addicted to green apples or simply hungry. I guess the latter would be of a better explanation!
I secretly think i will enjoy a slice of tuna bread in no more than 30 mins!

we celebrated JH, Nick and WK birthday last sat at JA and played CS together! By the way, Xue Yong was late for our supper hence we represented him as a black straw stick. We are looking forward to our next catch up and soon after everyone will have complete their high school life It’s just so fast! Everyone except DS and WL, i have seen them in white or blue shorts. In due time, burn away all shorts!
Yk, melvin and myself! Watched movie tgt at Lido! Went through highs and lows in our friendships! Where at times had to be angry with each other, shared joy , studied together and everything else. We are going for our baking session too with our SY soon. We actually promised to bake since like cow years ago but it has always been push too soon. But this time the soon is really soon, like within this one to two months. Got to know YK first in excellent church camp! That’s how freaking long can.
THIS REMINDS ME OF: NG SHI TING WE GOT TO CATCH UP SOON! WITH YONG MEI TOO! HAHA!

HOORAY! REJOICE WITH ME, SAY REJOICE! IF THIS IS NOT ENOUGH, USE THE REJOICE SHAMPOO!
DAVID IS NO LONGER A TRAINER IN HIS URBAN JUNGLE AND THIS MEANS NO MORE STAYING IN AND LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT PALMS DOWN! The best deal of all, is that i get to lie down on my ULTRAMAN bed everyday! Swee right?
Yes, as much as i rejoice over the passing out this week has also been an astounding week for me in terms of truth confrontations with God. This simply happens when you find time out and take a book and read it while your back is against the beanbags and chilling wind from the ceiling air conditioner blows at you. How i wish my house was like this 
To cut the whole long story short, i shall type a short extract of what i read that caught me thinking. Friends and family, think about it.
Honestly, the question that reverberated within my mind was just this question:
how many faces must you have?
While religion works to restrain our actions from the outside in, God always works from the inside out. Only this kind of change lasts. Its sustaining power comes not from the spirit of God, but from your desire to become the person God dreams of. Your motivation is not what others think of you, nor even the consequences of your actions if you choose another way, but your longing to have the image of God revealed in you. You simply want to be a different person.
When we lack integrity, we might alter our decision based on who others are or even how we feel about them. If we admire someone or aspire to be valued by that individual, a lack of integrity will cause us to conform to what we believe that person wants us to be.
Jesus only had ONE FACE. When we show different sides of ourselves to different people, we become two-faced at the very least. When we lack integrity, we find ourselves being several people, depending on the circumstances. We subdivide our lives and justify our differing values systems based on context. Our character becomes a product to be sold. We become personality salesmen rather than people of substance.
Gosh, what do you think? Honestly, it just caught me really thinking if we are always seeking for people’s approval by our actions, praises and eyes on us. The worse thing that could have ever happen here is this, YOU JUST CAN’T BE THE PERSON OF SUBSTANCE. Just how long, will we continue to act in this stage of life? Can we just choose to be who we were really made to be?
Can i be real honest with you? The only word that came across my mind when i read the above extract was this PATHETIC. Stop living in a world where you have to perform for others, you can choose to live your life with one face. Just like how Jesus did.
I just the below extract is what i love most.
It is in this state that we become people of integrity. It’s more than ”what you see is what you get”. Integrity is not just about who you are, but who you seek to become. When we have integrity, we don’t need to pretend. We are well aware of our weakness and shortcomings. Integrity is not about being flawless, but being ‘flaseless.’ When you watch a person of integrity, you can know what’s inside him or her. The individual in transparent. You can see what’s inside the heart and witness the light emanating from within.
Lastly, i like how Mark Twain puts it.
If you tell the truth, you don’t have to remember anything. But then again, if you are a liar, you’d better have a great memory. When we tell the truth, that’s all we haev to remember. When we live in deceit, we haev too many faces and lies to keep track of.
So friends and family, let’s be people of only one face. People who can choose to be real but yet helping each other to grow closer with God. Many times there are hurts and backstabbing in relationship just shows that how ‘pathetic’ we are that we do not know that we are drowning in our insecurities. To those who are watching others drowning and only keep watching, just who are we trying to be? Are we so blinded by our own un forgiveness that we do not realize that Christ won’t forgive us as well? Wake up, we all need one another. If in this family, we can’t be one face then i wonder how long and how much energy do you have to last you through this life?
I dare to tell you about my past, but i am not condemn because i have moved on and i know that God has already forgiven me. To you, i never need to have many faces, but just one. The real me- the man that God has dream of me to me.
So dearest family and friends, this is who i am.
